Scope of Work Completed

1. Abrasive Blasting

   We performed a full abrasive blast of the vessel interior to remove all corrosion, rust, scale, and
   contaminants from the substrate. This process brought the surface down to clean bare metal
   and created the proper anchor profile necessary for lining adhesion.

   Proper blast preparation is critical to the long-term success of any tank lining system. Without it,
   even premium coating products can fail prematurely

2. Surface Preparation for Adhesion

   Once the substrate was cleaned to specification, we ensured the surface profile met the requirements for
   optimal bonding of the lining system. This step is essential for achieving strong adhesion and long-term
   coating performance in aggressive chemical environments.

3. Vinyl Ester Primer Application

   After preparation, we applied Ceilcote 380 Primer, a vinyl ester primer designed to promote adhesion and
   support the overall performance of the lining system.

4. Installation of Flake-Filled Novolac Lining System

   We then installed two coats of Flakeline 232, a vinyl ester fiberglass flake-filled novolac lining system engineered to
   provide:

   • Superior chemical resistance

   • Excellent barrier protection

   • Increased durability in harsh service environments

   • Long-term asset protection for industrial vessels and tanks
